Ingredients

• Filling:
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c milk
• 2/3 2/3 2/3 c flour
• 2 2 2 tbsp butter
• Salt
• 3 3 3 eggs
• 1 1 1 egg
• 2 8oz 2 8oz cream cheese
• 1 8 1 8 8 oz cottage cheese
• 3 3 3 tbsp confectioners' sugar
• 3/4 3/4 3/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix and refrigerate for two hours

Beat filling ingredients together.

Make crepes with dough recipe.

Fill with filling and wrap. Bake in a baking dish.
