Ingredients
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 c butter or margarine softened
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c sugar
- 3 3 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 3 3 c flour
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 c sour cream

Step 1
Mix 1 c brown sugar, 1 c finely chopped nuts and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease tube pan, 10x4 inches or two loaf pans, 9x5x3 inches. Combine butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large mixer bowl. Beat on medium for 2 mins. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt, alternately with sour cream.
Spread 1/3 of the batter in the pan. Sprinkle with 1/3 of the filling. Repeat two times. Bake about 60 mins or until a wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool slightly before removing.
