Step 1

In a bowl mix 2 c flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp course salt, pinch cayenne pepper. Then use pastry cutter and cut in 6 tbsp. cubed cold butter, then mix in 6 oz sharp white cheddar, then add 1 1/3 c buttermilk (which has been shaken very well). Preheat oven to 425 then line baking sheet with parchment paper and put biscuits on tray and bake 12-14 minutes. WE TRIED THESE ON 4/19/18 AND THE BOYS LOVED THEM.
