Ingredients
- 2tbsp.2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 4cloves4 cloves garlic, grated
- 1lb.1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 3tbsp.3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2c.1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil and garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring with a wooden spoon. Add shrimp, then season with salt and pepper and cook until slightly pink, about 2 minutes per side.
Increase heat to medium-high and add butter. When butter begins to foam add parsley. Cook until parsley is crispy and shrimp is pink with browned edges.
Transfer to a platter and serve.
