Preparation
Step 1
Drizzle with fruity olive oil and add a dash of smoked paprika and chopped fresh parsley
Top with a mixture of chopped sundried tomatoes, pine nuts and fresh basil
Top with a mixture of crumbled feta, chopped fresh thyme, a squeeze of lemon juice and a drizzle of olive oil
Garnish with chopped cucumbers, roasted red peppers and Kalamata olives
For an 8-ounce container of hummus, gradually fold in 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt (you probably already have it!) with a spatula until you see that the hummus is simultaneously lighter and creamier. Taste it, adjust the salt and pepper, then, if you want to go the extra mile, drizzle it with olive oil, sprinkle with paprika and serve.
