Ingredients
- 28oz.28 oz. canned crushed tomatoes
- 1small1 small uncooked onion, minced
- 1T1 T minced garlic
- 1T1 T ginger root, fresh, minced

- 2#2 # uncooked boneless skinless chicken thighs

- 1/2c1/2 c plain low fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4c1/4 c cilantro, chopped

Step 1
Combine all ingredients, except yogurt and cilantro in slow cooer. Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours. Stir in yogurt and cilantro.
