Ingredients
- 16 16 16 cups chopped peeled tomatoes
- 2 2 2 cups chopped green peppers
- 2 2 2 cups chopped onions
- 1 1 1 chopped Jalapeno Peppers
- 4 4 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 5 4 5 4 - 5 Teaspoons Chili Powder (you can cut down on this)
- 2 2 2 Tablespoons powdered red peppers (you can cut down on this)
- 4 4 4 Tablespoons canning salt
- 1 1 1 cup vinegar
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup sugar

Step 1
Bring to boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Mix 6 tablespoons cornstarch with 1/2 cup water. Add to salsa to thicken.
Makes 11-12 pints
