Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 eggs
  • 2 2 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 3/4 1 3/4 3/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1 1 TBS. sugar
  • 4 4 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the waffle iron while you make the batter.
In a large bowl, beat the eggs using a hand beater or whisk until fluffy.
Beat in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt and vanilla, just until smooth.
Spray preheated waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
Pour mix onto hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown

Freezing Tips
To freeze any leftover waffles, place them on a baking tray and then place the tray in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes until frozen. Remove the frozen waffles from the baking tray and add to a freezer bag, label and return to freezer. To Reheat Frozen Waffles Reheat the frozen waffles in a toaster oven.
