AIR FRIED SCALLOPS

(Please note that you will need more for coating the scallops, but these are the measurements I used to calculate my smart points after measuring before and after dipping)

Ingredients
- 18 18 18 sea scallops
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 c flour
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 egg
- 1 1 2% Tbsp 2% milk
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c corn flakes crumbs
- Crisco butter flavored spray-

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt, Paprika, and pepper in a bowl
· Combine egg and milk into another bowl
· Place corn flakes crumbs in another
· Dry off scallops with paper towel
· Dip and completely coat each one into the flour mixture first, then the egg mixture, and then finally the corn flakes crumbs
· Place them on a baking sheet and quickly spray tops and bottoms of scallops with the butter flavored spray (I do this once all the scallops are prepped so that less spray is used)
· Air Fry at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Once they were cooked, I placed them on a paper towel because I noticed some wetness coming from the scallops. I did this to avoid the breading becoming soggy. Then I served ASAP. They were good!
