  • 1/2 t peppermint or eucalyptus pure essential oil OR 3/4 t lavendar or tea tree pure essential oil
  • or for smaller quantities of peppermint or eucalyptus-
  • 8 C to 1/4 tsp
  • 4 C to 1/8 tsp
