- 2 2 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup raisins (optional)
- 2 2 2 cups scalded milk
- 2 2 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1 1 tsp vanilla
- Nutmeg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix rice and raisins. Place in a greased 8 inch baking dish.
Blend milk into eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Pour over rice.
Sprinkle with nutmeg. Steam bake for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve warm or chilled.
