- 1 1/2 cup Prepared Pumpkin
- 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 t Cinnamon
- 1/2 t ginger
- 1 t allspice
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 t salt
- 1 1/4 Cup Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
Mix in a mixer fitted with the paddel attachment.
Pour into prepared pie crusts and bake for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 375 and bake for 25 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 and bake 15 - 25 minutes more.
