Ingredients

    lbs chicken pieces (I like boneless skinless thighs)

  • 2

    medium onions, sliced

  • 1

    cup chicken boullion

  • 1

    can 8oz tomatoe sauce

  • 1

    can 10oz mushrooms, drained

  • 2

    cloves garlic, minced

  • ½

    tsp salt

  • ¼

    tsp pepper

  • ½

    tsp celery seed

  • ½

    tsp oregano

  • 1

    bay leaf

Directions

Brown chicken in frypan Add remaining ingredients and stir well Cover and simmer for 1 hour or until chicken is cooked Serve with rice
