  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced OR 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Hot cooked rice



Step 1

HEAT butter in skillet. Cook chicken 10 min. or until browned. ADD soup, water, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until done. Serve with rice.
