Ingredients
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup firmly-packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup water
- 1 1 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 1 4-5 1 4-5 4-5 lb. beef brisket

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients except brisket; mix well.
Place brisket fart side up in roasting pan that has been coated with cooking spray. Pour barbecue sauce mixture over brisket and cover tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or until fork-tender. Slice across grain and serve with sauce from pan.
