- 33 eggs
- 3 1/2oz3 1/2 oz cream cheese
- pinchpinch of salt
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon salt

Preparation
Step 1
separate the eggs
whites in one bowl yokes in another
whip egg whites together with the salt until very stiff
you should be able to turn the bowl over with out the eggs moving
mix the egg yoke and the cream cheese well
add baking powder
put 6 large or 8 small copies on a baking tray
bake at 300* in the meddle of the oven for 25 minutes or until they turn golden
