Ingredients
- 2 2 2 cups flour
- 1 1 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1 1 tsp salt
- 16 16oz 16oz canned whole cranberry sauce
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 2 2 2 Tbsp melted shortening
- 1 1 1 egg

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, cloves, and raisins in a large bowl.
Beat egg until light. Stir in melted shortening and cranberry sauce. Stir just enough to mix with dry ingredients.
Pour into greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
