Ingredients

  • 3/4 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 c cocoa powder
  • 1/2 c old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 to 1/2 c truvia or any other sweetener that pours like sugar (I have a huge sweet tooth and I find 1/3 c to be plenty sweet!)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 c applesauce
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Line an small loaf pan with parchment paper and spray with non stick cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Pour into pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before cutting into 8 squares (1 SP) or 4 squares (2 SP).
