PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS AND 1/2 THE CHEESE EXCEPT BACON IN A BOWL. MIX THROUGHLY TAKE 1/2 THE MEAT FORM ROUGHLY INTO THE BOTTOM HALF OF A LOAF... PLACE REMAINING CHEESE OVER THE MEAT EVENLY LEAVING 1/2 INCH CLEAN. COVER WITH REMAINING MEAT PINCH TOGETHER WHERE THE TWO MEATS COME TOGETHER AND FORM INTO A LOAF.
REMOVE BACON FROM PACKAGE,, 1 STRIP AT A TIME LAY HALF THE STRIPS NEXT TO ONE ANOTHER MAKING SURE THAT THE ENDS MEET, FOLD ONE END BACK ON EVERY OTHER SLICE. STARTING AT THE BEND LAY IN A SLICE OF BACON SIDE TO SIDE,,, FOLD OVER THE SLICES BACK INTO PLACE AND FOLD THE OTHER SLICES BACK OVER THE SLICE,,, REPEAT MAKING A BACON WEAVE,,, PLACE THE MEAT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE BACON WEAVE,,, WRAP THE BACON AROUND THE MEAT AND PLACE IN A OVEN READY DISH WITH OPEN BACON WEAVE DOWN...
