  • 1 1 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 20 20 20 Pretzel Sticks or Mini pretzels
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 1 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Step 1


Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Put pretzels in a plastic zippered bag and seal. Crush using a rolling pin, heavy glass, or a food processor.
Use 3 shallow containers to create your dredging station.
Place the flour with pepper and garlic into one. Place the milk and mustard into a second container. Place the crushed pretzels into the final container.
Cut chicken into small bite-sized pieces.
Dredge chicken in flour, then mustard mixture, and finally pretzel pieces.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-23 minutes, until golden brown.
