Ingredients
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 cups coconut
- 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 3 3 tablespoons matzo meal
- 1/8 1/8 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 2 2 egg whites
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Preparation
Step 1
Combine coconut, sugar, matzo meal and salt in mixing bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well. Drop from teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheets. Bake at 325* for 20 to 25 minutes, or until edges of cookies are golden brown. Remove from baking sheets immediately.
