Ingredients

  • 16 oz marshmallows
  • 3 table spoons of water
  • 3 table spoons of corn syrup
  • 3 table spoons of butter
  • 2 pounds bag of confectioner sugar (sifted)
  • 2 table spoons of lard or Crisco shortening

Preparation

Step 1

1. Add liquid ingredients to marshmallow, water, corn syrup and butter

2. Microwave for 1min 20 sec. then stir if not melted microwave 20 sec. more

3. While microwaving marshmallows grease work surface than add sifted powered sugar

4. Remove melted marshmallow and pour over powdered sugar and slowly incorporated until
you have a firm dough that you can pull apart.

5. Divide fondant and grease saran wrap and lightly dust fondant and store in air tight container or plastic bag
