Ingredients

  • Cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pinch Pepper
  • 6 Tbl Sugar
  • 1 heaping Tbl Spry
  • 1 small Onion - finely cut
  • One half of 1/4 cup Vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Cut cabbage fine. Put water to cover cabbage. Add salt and pepper. Boil for about 3-4 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar. Boil until soft (about 20 minutes).

When done - fry spry and add one finely cut onion. Fry until borwn and pour into cabbage and mix.
