Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat
- 5 pieces day old bread, crust removed
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. worchester sauce
- 1 tbsp. old bay
- 1 tbsp. mayo
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 stick melted butter
- chopped parsley
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Soak bread in milk & drain. Combine all ingredients, except crab, in a blender, mix thoroughly. Fold mixture gently into crab. Pour mixture into a buttered casserole, sprinkle with paprika. Place in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
