  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups minced cooked ham
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp celery salt
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • Mustard Sauce (Blend well, 2/3 cup mayonnaise, 4 tsp prepared mustard and 2 tsp sugar)

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

Combine the milk and crumbs in a saucepan and cook to a thick paste, about 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add minced ham, beaten eggs, celery salt and pepper. Mix well and cool.

Roll the hard-cooked, shelled eggs in the ham mixture, patting to coat, and place in shallow baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with mustard sauce on the side.
