Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 Stick Butter
• 2 eggs lightly beaten
• 1 1/2 c. flour
• 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 tsp soda mixed with
• 1 c. sour cream
• 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Base 350 for 45 mins.

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add sour cream with soda and dry ingredients. Mix in vanilla. Pour into greased bundt pan.

TOPPING:
1/4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Dot with extra butter.

Bake 45 mins. Open oven door and allow cake to stay in hot oven until cooled. Remove from pan immediately after taking from oven.
