Ingredients

  • 1 Small Butternut squash (2lb or less) or 16 oz bag frozen, diced squash
  • 1/4 cup cold butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Step 1

Pare, seed and cut the squash into small slices. Place the squash and apple slices in a 7x11 baking dish. Blend the remaining ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle over the squash and apples. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
