Ingredients
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 6 TB fresh lemon juice
- 1 TB EVOO
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 ea 19oz cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed. (save the water as it can be used in vegan recipes.)

Preparation
Step 1
Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. Add juice and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, scraping sides occasionally.
Yield: 4 cups
Serving size: 1 tablespoon (not in my house!)
