Ingredients
- 1 loaf dry bread plus 2-3 slices
- 1/2 C diced onion
- 1 C diced celery
- 1/4 C melted butter + 1/2 C melted butter
- 13 oz can cream corn
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 C water or chicken broth
- salt
- pepper
- 1 t poultry seasoning

Step 1
Shred bread. Mix all ingredients except the 1/2 C melted butter. Make into about 8 balls.
pour 1/2 C of melted butter onto cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 for about 45 min to 1 hour.
