Ingredients
- Beef brisket, trimmed
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Tony Chachere’s
- Pepper
- 2-4 oz Liquid Smoke
- 2-4 oz Worcestershire sauce
- BBQ sauce, enough to coat brisket

Step 1
Spray a 9 x 13 or larger baking dish with olive oil spray. Score the fat on the brisket, making sure not to cut to the meat. Season the brisket generously with spices. Coat with Liquid Smoke & Worcestershire sauce. The amount will depend on the size of the brisket. Use 2 oz for roughly half a slab; 4 oz for a full slab. With the fat side up, cover the dish with foil & marinate overnight or up to 24 hrs. Bake brisket at 250 deg for 6 hours. Coat with BBQ sauce & again with fat side up, cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour. Juices are great with mashed potatoes!
