Neiman's Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 c butter
• 2 c sugar
• 2 c brown sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 t vanilla
• 4 c flour
• 5 c dry oatmeal
• 1 t salt
• 2 t baking powder
• 2 t baking soda
• 24 oz chocolate chips
• 1 8 oz grated Hershey bar
• 3 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, candy and nuts. Roll into balls and place 2" apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes at 375.
