Ingredients
- 4 Conchs
- 4 Bell Peppers
- 2 medium sweet peppers
- 1 Hot pepper (?) (optional)
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1/8 tsp. Black pepper
- 4 Medium Onions - minced
- 4 Large Green Tomatoes
- 1/3 c. Lime Juice (or juice fm 10+ limes)
- 1/4 c. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 3 ribs celery (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
Pound conch and chop finely. Finely chop all ingredients and add to conch. Mix well and marinate in refrigerator overnight.
