Garlic Bisquick Biscuits*

By

Biscuits as easy as one, two, three, four. Because there’s only four ingredients and ten-minutes of your time required to make these fluffy biscuits! We are “cheating” today and using Bisquick to make these biscuits. No butter or fat in these biscuits either, so they are a tad healthier than your typical southern buttery biscuit.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450-degrees and line one cookie sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

2

In a medium-sized bowl, add the Bisquick, milk, garlic powder and minced garlic. Stir until combined.

3

Drop biscuit dough (approximately 1/4 cup of dough) onto prepared cookie sheet, leaving a few inches in between each biscuit.

4

Bake biscuits in 450-degree oven for 9-minutes or until the tops of the biscuits are just starting to brown. Remove baked biscuits from the oven and transfer to wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Store leftover biscuits in an airtight container at room temperature. Leftover biscuits can be warmed up for 5-seconds in the microwave. Biscuits stay fresh for 4-5 days.
