Ingredients

  • Toppings:
  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 large potatoes, chopped
  • 2 t salt
  • 1 t basil
  • 1 t pepper
  • 2 c water
  • 1 12 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 16 1/2 oz cna creamed corn
  • 1 16 1/2 oz can whole corn
  • bacon, crumbled
  • green onion, chopped
  • cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Crumble sausage. Brown and drain. Put into dutch oven. Saute onion in grease. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, basil and water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add corn to liquid and milk. Cover and cook slowly.
