Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 potatoes peeled and cubed.
- 1 tin clam nectar
- 1 tin tomato juice
- 1 jug clamato juice
- 3 cans of clams
- tobassco
- 5-6 bay leaves

Preparation
Step 1
Sautee carrots, celery and onion in a small amount of oil.
Add the clam nectar, tomato juice and clamato juice.
Add clams.
Add 6 drops of tobassco and salt and pepper to taste.
Add bay leaves.
Bring to a boil.
Add potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are done.
