Ingredients

    cup chopped onion

    potatoes peeled and cubed.

    tin clam nectar

  • 1

    tin tomato juice

  • 1

    jug clamato juice

  • 3

    cans of clams

  • tobassco

  • 5-6

    bay leaves

Directions

Sautee carrots, celery and onion in a small amount of oil. Add the clam nectar, tomato juice and clamato juice. Add clams. Add 6 drops of tobassco and salt and pepper to taste. Add bay leaves. Bring to a boil. Add potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are done.
