Ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1 unbaked pie shell 9 inches
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 c. peeled & sliced cooking apples
- 1/2 c. firmly packed lite brown sugar
- flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation
Step 1
400 Temp. then 350 after 15 mins.
In a small bowl, beat egg, sugar, flour, salt & lemon juice. Then beat in sour cream. Place apples in pie shell, pour sour cream mixture over apples.
Bake at 400 for 15 mins.
Meanwhile, combine lemon, sugar, flour, cinnamon and butter until mixture is crumbly and sprinkle over apples. Reduce oven to 350.
Bake 35-40 mins.until apples are tender.
