  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter
  • 10 oz. pkg. marshmallows
  • 4 c. rice cereal
  • 1 c. salted peanuts
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 1 c. dried cranberries

Preparation

Step 1

Spray a 9x13" baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Heat the butter in a large nonstick saucepan over low heat until melted. Add the marshmallows and continue cooking, stirring until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the cereal, peanuts, raisins and cranberries until well mixed.
Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan. Cool completely before cutting into 3x3 1/4" bars, about 20 minutes.
