Ingredients
- 4 small firm ripe bananas
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp rum

Step 1
Slice bananas thickly. Melt butter in skillet and add banana slices. Saute 5 mins. Sprinkle with sugar and continue cooking, stirring constantly for 5 mins. Pour rum over mixture in pan and flame, stirring constantly. Serve warm over ice cream (rum-raisin or vanilla ice cream) or with whipped cream
