Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. halved baby potatoes
- 3 smashed garlic cloves
- 3 large sprigs oregano
- 2 large sprigs rosemary
- 1 1/2 T olive oil
- Salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Position rack in center of oven. Heat to 450.
On large rimmed baking sheet, toss potatoes, garlic, oregano, rosemary & olive oil & salt & pepper. Roast, tossing halfway through, until potatoes are deep golden brown & tender, @20 min. Let cool slightly. Season with salt & pepper & serve
