  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs plus 1 egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla



Step 1

in a large bowl cream butter and sugar with a hand mixer and beat until light and fluffy
add eggs, egg yolk and vanilla extract to mixture and beat until incorporated
scrape the sides of the bowl and continue mixing
add flour, baking powder, salt and milk
mix on low sped until well incorporated
plug in unit, spray with vegetable oil and fill each cavity until 3/4 full
bake between 4 to 7 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
remove Twinkies and allow to cool
fill with frosting and enjoy

beat all ingredients with an electric mixer until light and fluffy
fill pastry bag
inject about one tablespoon in three locations on the underside of each cooled Twinkie
