Ingredients

  • 11/2 or 2 lemons, fresh
  • 11/2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cut off the ends of the lemon and throw away.
Cut lemons into 8ths and take out the seeds
Put in the blender and blend until lemons are liquid.
Add sugar and blend
Add eggs one at a time and blend
Add butter and blend
Add vanilla and blend

Continue blending for 5 additional minutes. Pour into a prepared deep dish pie shell. Bake 40 minutes at 350

Serve with whipped cream
