Ingredients

Cheesecake
3 eggs
6 pkg Stevia
1 TBSP vanilla
3 cups fat free greek yogurt
1 box fat free sugar free pudding mix-cheesecake flavor
Topping
1 pint strawberries
2 pks Stevia
1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven at 350.
Beat eggs, stevia and vanilla
Add 3 cups yogurt and pudding mix
Beat until well blended
Scoop into greased pan
Bake 25-30 min
Allow to cool completely . Move to fridge and and cool at least 3 hours

Topping
Put strawberries in saucepan with stevia and vanilla. Cook and heat until strawberries start to reduce and syrup starts to form. Remove and cool
