  • Marinade

    c water

  • 1

    tsp. Chicken base

  • White pepper and salt

  • 1

    tbls. Sugar

  • 1/2

    tsp white cooking wine

  • 1/2

    tspsesame oil

  • Batter

  • 3/4

    c flour

  • 1

    tsp baking powder

  • 1/4

    c cornstarch

  • 1

    egg

  • 2/3

    c water

  • 2

    tbls oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Honey sauce

  • 1/8

    c honey

  • 1/4

    c sugar

  • 1

    tbls white vinegar

Directions

Marinate chicken pieces in refrigerator for 1 HR. Then remove from marinade and dip in batter and deep fry. Remove when golden brown and place on paper towels. Heat honey sauce until sugar dissolves. Toss with chicken.
