Ingredients
- 5 oz cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup half and half
- 1 can (4 1/2 oz) lump crab meat, drained
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t garlic powder
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and half and half and melt in microwave.
Stir until all is melted and combined.
Add crab meat and spices.
Microwave additional 2 minutes
Stir well
Serve hot with fritos, pita triangles, or crackers.
Can be made ahead and frozen
