Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh blueberries
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp lemon zest
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2/3 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 24 cooked and cooled tart shells.

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Bring 1/4 cup of water and 1 cup of berries to a boil.
Simmer until berries start to break down. 3-4 minutes.
Mix cornstarch with 2 Tbsp of water and stir into berries.
Add lemon, sugar an salt.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Simmer until thick.
Remove from heat and stir in the remaining fresh berries.
Pour into cooled tart shells.
