Oatmeal Raison Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup butter
• 3/4 cup white sugar
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 2 3/4 cups oats
• 1 cup raisons

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cream butter, and both sugars until smooth. Beat in vanilla and eggs until fluffy.

Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

Gradually add to the butter mixture.

Stir in oats and raisons.

Bake for 8-10 minutes.
