Ingredients
- 6 -Tomatoes
- 1-Small Onion
- 1 -Chili (reddish brown)
- Cumin
- Peppercorn
- Oregano
- Garlic
- Fresh Cheese (Ricotta, Feta, Mozza)
- Sour Cream
- Chicken Bouillon Cube
- 1-Large Chicken Breast Bone in (optional) or Chicken Broth

Preparation
Step 1
Boil tomatoes, 1/2 onion with skin and 1/2 the chili
In a blender add:
2 - garlic cloves
6 - pepper corns
pinch of cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 tsp salt
remainder of the chili (roasted)
Blend the ingredients.
Add tomatoes, onion and chili. Add 3/4 chicken stock.
Blend well
If you boil a chicken, once done pull of the meat.
Put sauce and chicken in a pot and bring to a boil
Place tortilla chips on a plate
Cove with the sauce, cheese and sour cream.
