  • 6 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 slice of ham or ham pieces
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes and onions in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Drain and put in casserole dish.
Mix the soup and whipping cream in bowl until smooth.
It it looks too thick, thin with milk.
Salt and pepper potatoes, add soup mixutre and ham.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
