- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cubed
- 1 chopped leek
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
- 3/4 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- puff pastry
- egg wash

Preparation
Step 1
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook and stir skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, leek and garlic. Cook until leeks are tender and chicken is lightly browned.
In a medium bowl, blend chicken mixture, cream cheese until creamy.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
place chicken mix into roll out puff pastry cut into squares. seal pastry and brush with egg wash. cook until pastry browns and puffs
